This glass and stainless steel spice grinder/pepper mill is ideally suited for hand grinding coarse grain salts and whole peppercorns. It has a sturdy ceramic grinder core and a knob for adjusting the coarseness of the grind. Best of all, this grinder has an easily refillable glass base that also allows the spice inside to be on display. It has a volume of about 5.75 oz (170mL) and comes with a snap top to keep its contents fresh.
Great for grinding Himalayan salts, or our coarse grain French grey salt. As a pepper mill: try black peppercorn, white peppercorn or green peppercorn. Grinding red peppercorn in any grinder is not recommended since its high moisture content can gum up the grinding mechanisms.
